PicoFogger Smoke Tube Kit (non-toxic)

Description

PicoFogger – an all new design hand-pumped smoke generator with no learning curve, and no required maintenance.  Simply squeeze the puffer bulb to release a burst of smoke!

The smoke is non-toxic (a food additive – propylene glycol/glycerine) – so should be suitable for use in food and pharma premises etc.  No broken glass tubes and no high risk disposal issues either 🙂

You never need to worry about turning it on, adjusting any settings or refilling the liquid.  We think you’ll be surprised as to how much smoke it’s able to make.  A great device for less intensive applications such as LEV airflow testing or wind direction indication.

It’s also useful for special effects (SFX) but if you’re looking to fill rooms with smoke, check out our more powerful MicroFogger smoke machines, as they are perfect for that!

NOTE: The Picofogger does contain a small (li-ion non replaceable) battery so the unit is not suitable for use where intrinsically safe (IS/ATEX) equipment is required

So the million dollar question – how long do the tubes last?  Well, it depends how rigorous you are with the ‘puffing’ – but the manufacturer reckons on getting 2000 puffs per tube!

These will outlast a Draeger glass tube many times over, the contents will not spill/leak out, can be used over several; days without depleting ….. and are much nicer to use. 🙂

Replacement Tube Cartridges also available (see drop-down menu below).  Note too that the cartridge can be inserted as shown in the lead images – or can be ‘just’ inserted into the puffer bulb as shown in the video.  That is user-choice 🙂

In the airflow testing industry, chemical-based smoke generators have traditionally been used, such as the Dräger Air Flow Test tubes. The PicoFogger makes these completely obsolete by providing the following advantages:
